Our first year with FBC was great, but the last two year have been terrible. Last year they forgot to complete a GST return, sent us paper work with other people's names on it, and it took months of unreturned phone calls and emails to get it sorted out. This year they didn't complete our corporate and GST return despite the fact that I had filled out all of the paperwork that they had sent me. When I realized they weren't filled again, I had to track them down to complete the work, which was a late filing by that point. When we signed up we were told the membership process was a "pre-payment", so you pay ahead of the taxes being completed, and this renews each year. Now that I want to end our relationship with FBC, they've told me that it was never a pre-payment program and they don't owe me any refund for the payment I made this year with the understanding it would be to complete our 2024 taxes... I'm beyond frustrated, and feel so cheated because I really trusted them. I would not recommend working with FBC in Kelowna. You work hard enough, and don't need the hassle of paying someone to do your taxes only to have to chase them down to complete the job.

Fbc is an incredible company!
I highly recommend this to anyone who has a business and isn’t the most confident with paperwork. These guys do incredible work, they are fast and accurate. I have many friends whom also use fbc (in northern bc, even though they are west kelowna based) and they also have nothing but great things to say! 10/10 highly recomend.

Our Family has used FBC to do our Farm taxes for years. As the years go by, we have added our children's taxes as well. We enjoy our yearly visits with Gary Devine. When the matriarch of the family passed away, we were truly unprepared for tax season as she was the one that handled everything. Ron arrived in the morning and stayed well into the evening helping us. We were so appreciative. Thank you FBC for your years of hard work, dedication and service!!!!
