Such a great one day sale on Sunday May 4th. The staff were very knowledgeable about all the products and anticipated my questions. Shopping was a breeze and very enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Big unfriendly male and child with glasses. These two -Cashiers are unbelievably rude. They need to be retrained for social interactions. Especially young miserable child with the glasses.

I went into this store this morning to see if they sold pasta driers.
There was a male clerk in the store who ignored me and also a female clerk in the store who also ignored me. At no time was I asked if I needed any help. I ended up at Lee Valley, where I got great service.

Good service but very few staff. Hard to find someone to get an answer. Had to wait in long line to get answer from person at cash. It was Christmas time and if it wasn't for the fact that they are the only place specializing in goods such as theirs I would not have stayed. Did not appreciate standing in a long line just to ask a question. Should have been more staff...especially that time of year. Also this is not the first time i had experienced this at this spot. However person at cash was very friendly and helpful.

I was in the store today and the staff are by far the happiest,nicest people I have ever met. Every single 1 of them were full of cheer and made me feel so comfortable..I bought more than I went in for because of how happy and funny they were..I'll DEFINITELY be back..Thanks y'all.
