Amazing customer service, and such a wonderfully curated variety of trinkets and clothing. The clothing specifically was an incredible selection. I went in looking for earrings, and left with 6 sweaters and a whole bunch of trinkets. The staff was warm, inviting, charming, and fun to banter with. I wish there was a location in Vancouver - I will be back!

Very poor customer interaction…
1. No posted hours on front door to Lily Blue
2. We arrived at 4:55 and wandered around looking. 3 customers were inside already.
3. The shop staff saw us walking around.
Then..
4. At 5:00pm the shop person approached me and said - “we are closed, unless you want to clean the floors then we need you to leave.”
Rude and we are Asian so not sure if there was profiling going on.
Never will shop there again.

Buyers Beware - horrible return policy. As in, "oh, that was a final sale, and you can't return it" (unopened with receipt, within 7 days) but they don't tell you that at the time of purchase.👎👎 Honestly, just be up front about it.🙄

Beautiful women's boutique but on November 6th 2021 they were happy to help AND let a customer wander all around the store for over half an hour WITHOUT A MASK. I like to support non-chain, local businesses, but come on... business can't be that bad, and during my extended visit to the store -- when my wife tried on very many items and bought quite a few -- many customers were shopping. It looked like a repeat local customer and the shop was too afraid to say no to her or didn't care? I did see the changing room getting wiped down between customers. So this no mask issue seemed to be a huge double standard.

Beautiful shop! Full of different options and the layout of the store is amazing. I really appreciated the help I received from Annette. She found a top that I wouldn't have noticed and it's amazing!

Clothing store and staff are super attentive. Great selection there as well and just really good service. Accessories store not as inviting (as far as greeting/watching you browse) but still worth a look. Can’t say enough about Lily Blue though.

Wont be going back to this store as I was racially profiled and asked to put the greeting card on the counter that I was going to purchase, reason so my hands
would be free while I looked around. Ridiculous!
