Worse customer service girls are so rude on phone and too lazy to talk or explain always frustrate even though their business totally depend on communication, gave them business from 10 years for business and cars now talking somewhere else ,yesterday I called to renew car inssurwnce servan was on phone very frustrate when I asked can I pay together for both car inssurwnce he was so rude was like fish one car first then in the middle gave my phone to a girl I request if she can send me hi email as she could see my business email on screen but refuse and said she has lots to do how hard it is to email u email me on jjb....... and I was like why can't you do its part of your job then she was like yaaaaaaaa then I told her my every call gets record then she hung up on me I tried call then different guy Pick up he was saying she had hard time then next day I talk to sarvan who is owner who was like let's renew inssurwnce I told him how she talked to me and he was like my girls are sometimes rude to people I can't do anything about it,I think sarvan is not honor he is these girls servant can't handle his business he should be retired 😀

Hi,
I recently visited JJB Insurance to update my banking information, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The staff member who assisted me was extremely unprofessional and rude. He seemed unwilling to communicate properly, which made the whole process unnecessarily stressful. Based on this experience, I do not wish to return to this location.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.
