Hailey is a delight! Valiant is fortunate to have found her, she is knowledgeable, helpful, kind and she upsells well!! She is professional, yet chatty enough to make a person feel pretty important. I moved to Fort Langley last Fall so when my car insurance came up for renewal I headed to Valiant Insurance. Hailey made the process super easy and quick. The whole office has a very friendly vibe and they even have a shop dog, which made my whole day. (But also she is contained and doesn’t come out unless people want her to come say hi). All around best insurance experience I have had.
