Wonderful customer service and super friendly staff. The lady who helped us with our boat rental was super nice. The prices are considerably cheaper than others in the area. We got an 18’ boat for two hours for $375. Totally recommended.

We had a beautiful day of boating. The boat was great, the shade was crucial. My first time driving a boat and I felt really comfortable after a quick orientation. 5 big stars for all the staff. Friendly, and helpful. 4 stars in total just because we had to wait at boat launch in the hot sun for a while till the boat was ready. But otherwise really happy with the service. I believe the price is comparable to most places. Would def rent again, especially for the convenience of the calmer, West side boat launch.

We were looking all around Kelowna for a boat rental. This is a high tourist , high price interior part of B.C.... until we came upon Marty and the team. Polite, fun, energetic, and accommodating to your needs. Well trained, and no b.s. I highly recommend this place in West Kelowna, worth the drive, worth the time and money. We hired a JetSki for a couple of hours and absolutely loved it! The ski was fast and in great condition. Staff were super friendly and helpful to teach us how to operate the ski. Instructions were clear, it was a great afternoon on the lake!

We called all the boat rental places in the area and nobody had anything available so we decided to come to Okanagan water sports. Bev gave us the best customer service and also gave us a last minute boat rental over the labour day long weekend. We rented the Chaparral with a tube and we had an amazing time on the lake. After our amazing day on the lake one of our friends misplaced their gold chain and we weren't sure if it was left on the boat. We called Bev and without hesitation she went right away and searched the boat and the parking lot where we had parked our car. She went over and beyond for us. Thank you Bev so much for the great customer service. We will definitely be renting from you the future. The chain was found and it was a happy ending to our wonderful trip.

Had a great day on the lake! Rented a pontoon boat and tube. Being an inexperienced boater the guidance and instruction were much appreciated. Awesome people and I would recommend renting from here to anyone! Thanks for an amazing day on the water🙂
