I met the owner at a fundraiser, and just loved her vibe. So it was a no brainer when I went on my trip of a lifetime to Tanzania to go see her . All the staff are incredible kind and helpful. This agency has my loyalty for life .
I would give them a 1000/5 stars if there was an option .

Terrible service. We went in person, gave details of our trip. The woman seem very uninterested. Told us she would email some options. After two weeks of hearing nothing we called and left a message for her. Waited a week with no return call or email. Left another message and still did not get a call back. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this place.

Normally book myself online. Decided to pay the extra for professional service. Ivy never sent my electronic ticket even after requesting it in an email a day later and didn’t even ask what seat preference I would prefer. My fault for not thinking about it I guess. Will go back to booking myself.

Dropped in a couple of weeks ago and some info. was taken and they would get in touch with me. After two weeks and no communication I went somewhere else and had a trip booked in two days. Not very professional and all I heard was they were so busy.

What can I say!!!! over 30 years, Sue has sent me around the world and gotten me be back. Her planning for the long haul trips without lomg lay over’s took a lot of work .Hotels she has book always the made the trip very nice.
The best! And most important! Are few times I had to change a fight time or date, she could make it happen like magic.
