I am very grateful to the team at Chilliwack River Rafting! All the staff I interacted with from check in to during the experience were respectful, kind, fun to engage with, patient and willing to go above and beyond! There was a miscommunication with my group booking and the staff were very helpful to get to the bottom of the issue.

During the experience my guide, Reid, was WONDERFUL! From check in and throughout the entire experience he was diligent in paying attention to each member to ensure our safety! I never felt that I was at risk. He was VERY patient with our questions and kept calm throughout many moments. Reid was very thoughtful in sharing his water supply with the group which came in handy!

There were moments with the driver of our bus to the river making comments towards our group that I personally found annoying e.g. “what side of the road do people drive on in Pakistan,” or “how do you say rafting in Urdu” etc. Not everyone in our group was from Pakistan - including myself. I am not sure if he had asked other members of the group and they told him that they are so he went with it or if it was a joke because we were a predominantly “brown” group. I am not sure how other people in our booking felt but I personally found it an odd way of interacting. However, he did ensure we exited and entered the bus safely!

Overall, all interactions with staff were GREAT! Lunch was provided, wetsuit, helmet, life jacket, and a quick snack! Facilities were clean. The grounds also has stunning views of the River!

Absolutely amazing experience! All of the staff were super lovely, fun & great at communicating. Jay & Lucy were our guides and Jim was our safety person & photographer who kayaked the river along side us. The place was a bit hard to find at first but there is a huge sign that is hard to miss. The lunch they fed us was delicious and we had a lot of fun with the animals (Molly, lovely large black dog, 3 hens, Bruce and her three lambs) and on the grounds before our trip. The other groups that day cancelled so it was just me and my best friend and i’m so grateful they still ran the adventure with only two of us! We had never been rafting before and it was difficult but so worth it. We did a bit more work & paddling than we expected but it was still a blast. The staff was all very friendly and hilarious, and we felt right at home! During our journey down the river we stopped and walked to a waterfall which was so beautiful and unexpected! We got a picture below the waterfall (attached) and Jim did a great job getting a bunch of photos that we love. Thank you so much for the awesome adventure and we will definitely back for more!

It was our first time river rafting, and we had an amazing experience. Our guide was super helpful and I appreciated the photographer who is on the kayak doing a safety speech before we started and in that I learned quite a bit of information. I believe it’s slower paced in August and I think we would definitely come back to try it when it’s a bit more intense in the spring time. There was lunch offered once we got there and there was vegetarian and vegan options. We had lunch around 12:30. by 1 to 130, They started to give out the equipment and wetsuits for us to change into. I believe we didn’t get until the into the bus to head towards the river until about 2 PM. in total we rafted for around two hours and we also got to stop and see a beautiful waterfall. they were nice enough to take our pictures. Some pictures are free on their Facebook and the others you will have to pay $30 to get access to. Overall, it was a great experience and I would totally recommend this! There were people of all ages during our tour, which was the classic one.

Brilliant experience in an perfect outdoor environment. Great guides who make sure safety is of the utmost priority. We had the classic with lunch after. Pay attention to the safety and instructions and you will have a blast even if you fall in the water. 😂

I went with my partner and it was my first time rafting — and I loved it! Our guide Sindy was amazing: super friendly, fun, and positive, which made the whole experience even better. The route was quite easy, perfect for beginners. We also really liked the place itself — very authentic and chill vibes. Plus, it’s great that they include lunch. Totally recommend it if it’s your first time!

This was an amazing weekend experience. Arrived a day early (Friday for a Saturday morning trip) and stayed a day extra (Saturday night for the music). The staff, facilities, and general vibe are amazing. Very relaxed and very professional.
Never any doubt about safety.
First time river kayaking and our guide made the experience even better. Wolfgang knew exactly what he was doing and told us exactly what we should do. He had great energy and kept things real. Going to comeback for sure.
My family loves camping, but we love camping and not needing to cook. Food tastes better.
Thanks so much for a perfectly memorable weekend.

One of the coolest experiences of my life for sure! Liv was just amazing, very knowledgeable and an absolute blast to have as a leader. The food was really yummy, I do wish there was a touch more options for the main as it was meat Chili or veggie Chili with some sides and I don't like Chili haha but the sides and dessert were delicious, the rest of the group had a blast playing in the volleyball court before rafting. It's a little on the pricier side (first time I've ever gone so I don't know how it compares to other places, just a touch pricey in general!) but still very fun, and I'd say worth it! We will definitely go again sometime to try out the rougher rapids!
