Would NEVER use this company again. Booked a trip to Maui through one of their agents for Christmas, we booked flight, accommodation, rental car, and they literally screwed up EVERYTHING... quoted flight fares, apparently forgot to book it, then charged us more due to a increase in price, overbooked rental car by 3 days, which we never got a refund on. Called owner/manager after so many hassles which she said she would take care of for us, and never got a reply back.

I do not know how this company has remained to stay in business as long as they have, but would highly advise booking with someone else for your holiday.. in all likelihood you may not get to your final destination relying on them. You're better off booking online.

Loved working with Leah (twice). She was easy to contact, found and created a couple different travel options for us, and was available if things went wrong (which they did not). She now owns the company and I will use her again and again for our travel planning

Terrible group, we book a holiday with direct flight over two months in advance, the direct flight was important.
The moment we paid they messaged us to inform a stop over had been added to the flight.
Bottom line, these people can't/won't help you when things go wrong, useless service.

The girls here were fantastic when booking a flight for my husband and myself at a very sad time...we had to change flight times a few times but they were very understanding and very compassionate to our situation...we have and will continue to use them in the future...
