Excellent service ...
All staff members are very knowledgeable, very polite and always ready to help 🙏
As well as ticket prices are very reasonable that's my second time when I booked airplane tickets from them.
For the first time I tried to compare with others too but their prices are always cheaper than others so spring travels are trustworthy and I always prefer to book airline tickets from them...

I had a very bad experience with Spring Travel Agency regarding my Air India ticket refund. I booked my tickets through Spring Travels. Later, Air India confirmed the refund was approved and processed to the agency on Feb 6, 2025, and sent me official proof (see attached). But the agency denied receiving any refund and claimed my ticket was non-refundable. If the ticket was truly non-refundable, why would Air India process the refund? I lost my money due to Spring Travel’s dishonesty and poor service. I do not recommend this agency to anyone.

Worst experience, they will never answer your calls after you make the payment. Don’t bother booking your flight with them, it’s too stressful and inconvenient. They will take no responsibility, they just need payment.
And there is a catch that they won’t do refund and then you are stuck.

My wife and I had a terrible experience with Spring Travels. When our flight got cancelled, they told us to contact the airline ourselves — even though they booked it and could’ve handled it directly. We wasted hours at the airport for nothing.

They offered an overpriced rebooking ($800 vs. $600 on Expedia), refused to help with anything we booked ourselves, and didn’t assist with our non-refundable hotel. Others got refunds — we got none.

For the cancelled flight refund, we had to chase the airline ourselves multiple times. Spring Travels stopped responding and made no effort to help. Even after the airline refunded them, we had to go after them for weeks just to get our money back.

Unprofessional, unhelpful, and overpriced. Never again.
