She gave me great advice and helped navigate a difficult situation I was having with an out of province vehicle. She was the best. Had extremely bizarre encounter with grey haired white lady. She had an absolutely ridiculous temper tantrum cussing at me unprovoked. It was actually comical and left me stunned. This women does not belong in customer service whatsoever. I only write positive reviews, this lady left me so shocked I had to write this and will be following up with management.

I went to cancel my car insurance today as I renewed it a month earlier for the year. At the time of cancellation I still had insurance for about another week, but I wanted to cancel my future policy as I no longer required it as I would be leaving and deployed overseas. I spoke to a gentleman named Joe at the time of this interaction. He informed me that he needs the license plate back before you cancel the policy, I explained to Joe that I was planning to drive my vehicle for at least another couple of days, but I wanted to ensure that I cancel my full insurance policy. That I had renewed as I did not want to pay the cancellation fee. He told me that that was impossible, and that he demanded that I bring my plate in. Joe became angry, yelled and screamed at me and belittled me in front of all of the wall staff. I asked him for his ID number which he refused to provide me told me I can refer to him as Joe he is described as an Asian fellow probably in his 50s who claims he’s done it for 30 years. He was rude, obnoxious and unprofessional.

The story gets better as I literally drove down the street to the superstore, location and deal with an amazing employee there who also works for Sussex who Literally did it on the spot no questions asking no problems. I left within two minutes. Did not have to give him my plates or anything like that.

I encourage people that wanna feel the frustration levels to the next level and know how it feels to deal with incompetent staff to go to the Walmart location. It will challenging you in ways. You’ve never been challenged before to deal with such incompetent staff. That literally have no idea what they’re doing And act like five-year-olds. I have filed a complaint with headquarters as I understand each locations franchise. Honestly, please challenge ourselves and go to this location. If you just want to get amused on how ridiculous the staff is here any of the Coslin are positive on here. I would be sure to assume that they are written by family members of staff members working their staff members themselves. There is no way it’s possible and I will let people money to say that They’re competent of getting a positive review of any kind.

After a frustrating experience at another location, we came to Linda hoping for better service, and she exceeded all our expectations.
