I have been to this business a couple of times for help with my insurance and registering a vehicle as I am new to the province of British Columbia. I suffer with some severe mental health issues complex PTSD for being a volunteer firefighter. These symptoms can bring on the sudden onslaught of fear. I want to tell all That this place is so kind and compassionate to their clients. The ladies that stand behind the counter have been exceptionally kind of me and always making sure that I feel that I am in a safe place and I want to say to the staff there thank you very much. Coping is something that I have trouble dealing with and the ladies there seem to understand that and really make my experience there and enjoyable one so once again to the staff, thank you for being kind, compassionate and just truly Having me the customer best interest in mind
