Highly recommend Piero at Pitt Meadows Travel! We have book MANY trips with him! He is experienced and knowledgeable, and gives great info on different resort/hotel/locations we bring to him (or he suggests to us). He always takes his time to look through options to find the best flight times, prices, or other details, and we appreciate that he goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this travel agency. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Georgina is an amazing source of travel knowledge! After 2 or 3 phone calls and a few emails, we never received a response to our travel requests. We started asking for information on a trip to Mexico for 8 people with the possibility of adding 5 more and Piero told us he would get back to us last Saturday or Monday at the latest and now here it is, after almost 2 weeks after our initial contact and not a word. I understand our requests were a bit extensive travelling from 2 different provinces and looking for 4 rooms but if you can't do it, just say so. Don't count on them for your trip.

Spoke with this company over the phone regarding an Asia excursion for the family. After providing details of what we were looking for (20ish days in Japan and Korea) to the somewhat abrupt woman on the other end, was advised that because her boss is away she won't be able to get back to me for 2-2.5 weeks as they are too busy. Advised her I would take my business elsewhere.

Ive been trying to plan my wedding with this agency since July 2022. I first spoke with one of their agents in July and a request for pricing for my wedding in August 2023 with WestJet and aircanada. I took an hour of my time and they “sent the email”. We are now November, I have called them 4 times. They always answer to let you know they’ll call you back, and won’t call you back. Every single time I call I ask “are you sure I’ll get a call back” and nothing. Don’t waste your time, your vacation date will come because they assist you.

I have been using P.M. Travel for 10 years and have always been well taken care.
