I was referred to John by an acquaintance real estate agent and can't say John left any impression other than a negative one. I found his communication lacking and untimely. Took days to respond to phone calls, didn't respond to text messages and called back for scheduled phone conversations late. Upon deciding not to work with him and texting him that he was not a good fit for us and that we would seek other options, instead of communicating directly with us he messaged my acquaintance real estate agent telling them instead to communicate with me that he had personal issues and that I find another realtor that can serve me better. I found that highly unprofessional. This impression made over the span of just 2 weeks of initial contact with John.

I think his best quality is his honest straight forward approach. He gives you current information on the real estate market that helps you to make informed decisions.

Real Estate agents are a dime a dozen so it is hard to decide who the choose. In John you get a wealth of knowledge and years of experience in the Okanogan market, as well as an honest straightforward person.
