Lorsque nous avons appelé pour réserver, la dame était très polie. Par contre, ça s'est gâché lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'office. Elle a vu deux jeunes hommes et elle a attendu avant de nous ouvrir la porte. Ensuite, après nous avoir ouvert, nous nous sommes informés pour les prix des chambres (nous sommes étudiants donc nous n'avons pas nécessairement les moyens de se payer ce qu'il y a de plus cher) et elle est devenue impatiente, bête, comme si cela l'insultait qu'on lui demande la chambre la moins cher. Elle a aussi critiqué le fait qu'on parle en francais devant elle... Elle n'a pas agis de cette facon là avec les gens plus agés qui sont rentés peu de temps après. Elle leur a offert un accueil chaleureux et poli...||Bref, si tu es jeune et que tu parles francais, tu n'auras pas le même service...

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel basé sur les commentaires de Tripadvisor et n'avons pas été déçus. Dans cette région il y a peu d'hôtels à prix abordables. Celui-là est peu dispendieux et la dame qui nous a reçus a été d'une très grande gentillesse. Elle est même venue nous reconduire à notre chambre!

Chambres bien spacieuses!||Cuisinette pratique!||L’endroit est propre, le personnel est accueillant et très agréable. ||||N’hésitez pas à leur demander s’il vous manque quelque chose, ils sont très serviables... Même du sel! 😉

Do not stay here. Definitely not as advertised, and photos are not what the rooms look like.

There was no one at the reception office at any time during our 2 night stay. He popped in briefly at 5 o'clock the first night, and we saw him once for even a shorter time the second night. There was no formal check-in or check out because no one was there. I called numerous times and left a message, but no one returned my call.

We stayed in an advertised deluxe queen full kitchenette room, which it was not.. We had to buy our own toilet paper because we ran out on the first day and no one was around to talk to. The kitchenette had a fridge and microwave and holes where top burners should have been. There were no dish towels and dish cloths, no dish soap and dish rack. We ran out of bathroom towels as well.
The office was locked, and when it was unlocked, I shouted out, and no one was there. I left a note on the desk requesting toilet paper, kitchen supplies, and towels, but there was no response.
Most of the rooms were occupied by long term rentals.
Disappointing stay and we definitely will not be back.

This motel is not fancy,… and the outside could use some paint. But my room was roomy and clean. The bed I slept in was just as comfortable as at home. I really liked the no tolerance for smoking in the rooms. Mine was clean and fresh. If you have to smoke, theres a covered gazebo outside and well away from rooms. I noticed a barbecue and tables outside….probably more for summer weather. The price was very reasonable too. So would I stay there again? Yes.

Dark & dingy nothing like the pictures.
NOT renovated at all.
Only thing I found it was a convenient location.

Reception is very bad, even called multiple times and person said, I will call back but never happen. Even avoid to pickup call. Worse ever experience.
