Chambre confortable et agréable avec la possibilité d'avoir son chien avec soi.

We arrived to the hotel and were met with a strong odor in the lobby during check in. The same odor was present in all public areas of Hotel. Upon entering our room we quickly noticed a bug on the bed, and many bugs on and around window and curtain. We found multiple dead bugs on lamp and ground. We spoke with the front desk agent, and were advised this is known issue, and later found out has been an issue since opening with no resolution. We were offered a small refund and the room to be cleaned. Upon entering the room after we were informed cleaning was complete we found no change in the rooms condition. The small refund was not processed, and I had to contact booking agent for refund to be processed. This was my first stay at a Coast Hotel and this experience has put me off from staying at any Coast Hotels in the future.

Humiliating and embarrassing.
As a 5'2 disabled person I was so shocked that the bed was so high, I could not get on.
Only one very kind front desk worker.
All the beds in this hotel are much to high for a disabled, short or many seniors to reach.
The hotel did refund us as I had to quickly locate another hotel with standard size bedding with a handicapped washroom.
It was the Best Western plus in Osoyoos B.C.

I checked in for 9 days stay while working the Oliver Hospital and the room was very warm.. it cooled fairly quick but the AC unit made alot of noise. It was an annoying vibration, and no matter what I did I couldn't really resolve it. The AC filter once again disgustingly dirty and if it was on a maintenance schedule it wouldnt be this way. I removed the filters and cleaned then along with wiping the inside of the unit.
The bathroom door wouldn't stay open and I needed to prop it with a towel.
The fridge is small, smaller then an apartment size and you can't put much in it.
The kitchenette again lacking large to be able to properly cook. They give you a scouring sponge to clean your dishes but an old used one. Why are ypu not changing that sponge with each guest especially considering this one was very used and old. The furniture was of colour's well used but also stained. Does housekeeping not own a spot cleaner machine? If not they should invest in one.
The breakfast was good the 2 days I could enjoy it. I start my shift at 7 am and thats when breakfast starts so its not any good for anyone working at the Hospital, it would be nice to see a change in hours so us Healthcare workers could enjoy that benefit. How about leave some items in the cooler, such as Yogurt and even fruit for us to have a quick on thr go breakfast.

We stayed one night in mid-June 2025; with my son Dimitri. It was nice to enjoy some birding along the river next to the property and we went to a mexican diner in town. The staff were extra nice to us and we enjoyed the breakfast; very generous and kind people. Thank you!

Considering it is a Coast hotel you have to go in with really low expectations but my experience went low of low. There was pink staining in the shower which I get comes from the water residue, however it makes you wonder how often do they clean it. They had soap and lotion at the washroom sink in pumping containers and those were filthy. I don't like bar soap so I carry my own liquid so guess who quickly moved theirs out of the way.
The breakfast was your typical hotel included breakfast but online they showed a waffle maker but when we went down they had eggo waffles and a toaster? Some things need to be updated.
Another thing surprised me was that the room offered no water bottles in the fridge. It was 30 degrees outside. Luckily the location is convenient there is a no frills, dollarama and a few restaurants within a small distance.
If you are just there spending the night then this is a good place to stay, however if you want to go for longer I'd find somewhere else.

The place is really nice—kid-friendly, pet-friendly, and very quiet. Chaman is one of the best staff members we've met: a great problem-solver, kind, professional, and well-organized. We originally planned to transfer to another hotel, but because of her warm hospitality and excellent service, we decided to stay in the same hotel and even the same room.

Awful check in experience with the group we went with. Our reservations were not matching our emailed confirmations, the manager was rude along side another staff member. They called me at 10pm in the room on my second last night there while my child was sleeping and woke her up to ask for a credit card even though they already had it on file. The room itself was fine. Bed was broken underneath but still sleep-able. Showers weren’t fantastic. Breakfast was okay. The check-in staff were the biggest problem. Interrupted while we were speaking and questioned if I was listening to them while I was checking my email for my confirmation.
