Fantastic store to get a wonderful Mother's Day gift!

Judy is cordial, accommodating and overall pleasant. One of her staff members however was the opposite

I ordered an item off of a catalog and this establishment utilized the vendor. I received the item via delivery by the owner herself out of her own good will which was greatly appreciated. When I arrived home the same day I proceeded to plug the item in and it was faulty so I organized a return. When I arrived to the store they found the same issue after plugging it in so they were appropriately willing to issue a refund. When I was told I needed the original card I bought the item with by the staff member of concern, I realized I did not have the shared card on hand. I was not keen on driving another 40 minutes round trip to pick up the shared family card so I asked if there was another way I could be issued the refund. I suggested the use of a different card or obtain cash as a refund (which I thought was very reasonable) and I was met with a rude scoff and a look like I was insane from that staff member. She went to talk to the owner regarding this and returned to my vicinity. I expected her to update me on whether or not I could receive the refund without my family card and right in front of me she proceeded to talk to other customers without updating me. I spoke up. She proceeded to say in a rude tone “the only one that could help you with your issue is the owner.” I eventually was appropriately taken care of once again by Judy while this particular person vanished to the back.

This worker should’ve updated me rather than leave me anxious, wondering, and high and dry. She shouldn’t have been rude and should’ve been as accommodating as possible regarding my inconvenience. That person is not a good representation of this business and I hope she learns to have a better demeanor otherwise she’d be better off working in a place she might enjoy working at or in a setting where she can’t be rude to customers.

I inquired online about a gift for my boyfriend through their chat feature as they don't have prices online. I never got a response until 8pm that night then was told they will check the following day and get back to me which they never did. I went with another jewelry store to purchase my gift.

I had such a wonderful experience at Enderby Jewellers today. She took time discussing the best options for a custom fit wedding band for my engagement ring. She really listened to what I was imagining and even took photos of different bands with my setting for me to see my vision. My fiance wasn't with me at the time so she gave me a website for both of us to have a chance to browse at home to look at different styles for his band. I was so pleased with the service, I had him meet me back there a few hours later and we found a great band for him instore. We look forward to working with Enderby Jewellers and their goldsmith to create the perfect bridal set.

I’d been trying for days to remove an Earring clasp that was stuck/locked on the post, not exactly sure what the problem was, it just wouldn’t come off. Went to Enderby Jewellers, few unsuccessful attempts, finally decided to just cut the post off. A huge “thank you” to Judy Dangel for helping me, she was just awsome 👍🏻 excellent service.
