We absolutely loved our stay at Echo Lake Resort. The scenery is stunning and the cabins beautifully situated right on the lake. We were a group of 4 adults and a toddler. We found the cabin (with cooking facilities) plus a small sleeping cabin perfect for our needs. The older of the two adults slept in the tiny sleeping cabin and we all gathered daily to cook and hang out at the large heritage cabin on the lake. It had a lovely deck where we spent most of the afternoons. The vibe of the whole place was so friendly. Various families with young children gathered at the communal beach which was so fun as the older kids took charge of our toddler and entertained her for ages (making sand castles, etc). The playground was another nice feature for our toddler. The cabins were spotless! The showers were also great (and spotless) And the staff were always available and so helpful and welcoming. This is a fabulous resort that we will recommend to all our friends.
Everything about it was perfect!!

This was year 3 for our family at Echo Lake, wonderful memories each time.

It's a real treat that it's off the grid as the kids and ourselves get a taste of how we grew up - a recommendation for everyone. Boating (cheap rentals at Echo), floating, paddle boarding, swimming, the rope swing, fishing, and searching for the resident Beaver are what the kids did all day each we were there.

Staff are excellent, they keep the heavy party goers out (pretty quiet come 10 pm) and they're constantly doing site improvements.

Highly recommend trying it once.

Spent a week in a camping cabin and loved this campground.
The camping cabin is spacious and comfy. The top bunk is very high up so you can sit up in the bottom bunk without banging your head. Cabin 8 is a little closer to campsite D then it looks on the map, but also a closer walk to the outhouse and wash house then it looks.
The swimming area is small, but perfect. Clean water, small rocks - doesn’t hurt your feet to walk on. The water was a perfect temperature in early July.
All around a perfect trip. Can’t wait to come back next year.

We stayed in Cabin 1 and the location and set up was amazing. Picturesque and cozy. I would have LOVED a good size window on one or both sides of cabin to open at night and allow for fresh air movement through the space. That is my only criticism. Otherwise five stars. We will be going back.

Echo Lake is our yearly sanctuary. The owners John and Sara, Manager Tracey and staff are amazing and they go above and beyond for their guests. The cabins are perfect and each cabin has its own charm. The lake is magical and peaceful and is the place to go if you want to recharge. We cannot recommend Echo Lake Resort enough and we are thankful we get to enjoy this beautiful spot every summer.

We stayed three nights in cabin 2 and 9 and had a lovely time. The lake was beautiful and we were impressed with all the facilities - it seemed like the bathrooms and showers were cleaned multiple times a day and the showers were hot. Our daughter had a fantastic time. We spent most of our time in cabin 2 and it was very comfortable and enough space for all of us to hang out (sofa and bed mattress were very comfortable!) with a great deck.

Absolutely loved our 3 nights at Echo Lake Resort. Our cabin was clean, cozy and featured an incredible view. Our kids had a ton of fun at the playground, we enjoyed our time fishing in the boat we rented and the staff was incredibly helpful the whole time. Definitely will go back!

It's a nice campground, but if you ask me, the sites are too close to each other. You can literally hear your neighbours' conversations at all times.

The owners are sweet and friendly though. Great people.
