I found that valley funeral home here in Nakusp bc is very pleaseant and helpful when dealing with the loss of a loved one. Jordan is very pleasant and knowledgeable person to work with. Also his two associates are very pleasant as well. They are all very caring and follow up on how you are doing.

Our experience with Valley Funeral home was amazing. They were prompt in responding and we're very attentive to our needs. Some places feel like they push sales of certain keepsake items on you but Valley Funeral Home was so understanding of finances. They helped us through a very difficult time and even checked in months after my father had passed. I recommend it to anyone who is in need of a kind funeral home.

Our experience was a very positive one. We were greeted by Zac promptly and he was very gracious and respectful in explaining the process of handling my mother’s remains. My Dad who is 91 was very comfortable with the interaction that we had with Zac and was happy with the process. I would recommend Valley Funeral Home for anyone who has lost a loved one.
