1 star is to much literally my uncle is a patient here who is Dying and won’t help out by getting an earlier appointment to prescribe him some more painkillers, receptionists are zero help doctor is zero help definitely not a family practice there a business practice

I have been refused service, despite being a patient of this medical office.

I was told by my doctor that I would receive a call from them and no one called. I then call to make an appointment for ASAP; as my adhd medication is completely out. I mention that I have been struggling and need to speak with any available practitioner. The RECEPTIONIST takes It upon herself to tell me that my request can ONLY be filled through my family doctor. I respond with the fact that I have seen 3 separate doctors and all of them have had no issues with refilling my prescriptions. The RECEPTIONIST says I need to wait and see my family doctor on the 10th.... more than a week away. PS I'm a fulltime single parent of an adhd child and not having access to the medication that provides me with executive functions has an impact on more than just my own life.

If a doctor tells you that they will call you. Just dont believe them. Also if you want a RECEPTIONIST to tell you what you can and cannot do through a doctor then this is the office for you.

I never receive reminder emails, phone calls, or any other sort of reminder despite asking for accommodation as a person with ADHD. I’ve wasted hours and hours and hours with this clinic. You’d be better off going to a walk in.

Always helpful and flexible when urgency requires. The drs are caring and the staff are very helpful. The learning drs are absolutely awesome. Nice to have a progressive clinic in the town.

Rude, unhelpful and straight up arrogant. I wouldn’t recommend using any services here unless you want to get gauged for treatments that are nothing more than a bandaid. Can’t even accommodate a reminder call for patients with adhd and autism. I’d give them no stars if I could. The worst staff you could ever imagine and doctors that shouldn’t have their licenses. Ladysmith deserves better.

Staff are a joy! Diane Shepherd is brilliant! She is attentive, the most wonderful listener! So caring and kind. I feel very safe knowing she is my medical angel!! It is a priviledge to be a patient at Hillside clinic. Thank you all so much!!

Call in phone system not very good. All it saysxis"Front desk busy, leave message after tone" and then there's no tone. Should state "Hillside medical" as the first thing you here. Wasn't even sure I called the right number.
