Amazing bucket list experience for my son & me. We were on a camping adventure with friends. They had to leave & we were looking to have a unique experience. I called this morning & it look less than an hour for a custom door-to-door adventure. Our pilot Greg Flowitt picked us up in Radium Springs & flew us to Banff, BC Canada. Kim was super helpful in the front office accommodating our special requests. This is a safe, professional group of pilots. Greg even made sure we had ground transportation after he dropped us off at the Canmore Heliport. Thank you to all who work at Coldstream!

Used Coldstream for a surprise flight for my fiancé and I. Everything went perfectly. The lady who set it up (Kim) was very friendly and helped a great amount. The pilot (Guy), was amazing. He was very knowledgeable of the flight path we were on and described much of the views which was fun. He also made you feel very safe! I would recommend the Coldstream team for your helicopter needs.

I'll never get to discover if Coldstream is a good helicopter company as I was stymied by the lack of effective customer service.

Mid-week phone calls went unanswered. My Emails queries were un-returned. Finally, on Friday morning last week I called and spoke personally with Kim to secure a tour package and was told to expect details by email right away. No email came. I called back and spoke with Shannon, confirmed my email address. Still nothing. I followed up with email and left messages by phone that same day. No response, no email, no details.

For about 10 years my wife and I always dreamed about going on a helicopter tour. We finally decided to go on a casual ride through the okanagan valley with Coldstream helicopters. Our decision was probably one of the best in our lives. We felt very comfortable and the pilot was terrific!
Our experience was bar non one of the best we could of ever imagined. We spotted wild life, climbed huge mountains in minuites with ease, discovered lakes we never would of thought existed. I have a good feeling we will make this tour a yearly event to get a good scope of the okanagan valley and to explore new places.
