Our experience has been great! A few days before, I received a text with instructions and a quick video on the check in process. Super helpful and very accurate. Check in was simple as a result. The unit itself in Sunset Bay is very nice, very clean, quality furnishings and well set up. More than 5 stars!!

Discovery cove is a fantastic location! The rooms were nice and clean - roomy - good amenities! The room itself could have used a bit of touch up maintenance but nothing major at all. Great trip!

Room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. High end finishings and spectacular views. Quiet, relaxing and close to everything you want to do in downtown Kelowna. Premium price per night but we lived in opulence for the weekend.

Worst Management ever! So let this be a testament to always read the reviews prior to booking.
Had I done that? I wouldn’t have gotten to this quagmire with this corrupt crew. 2.7 ⭐️in 6 reviews says a lot!
I booked with these guys through priceline on February 20. I did cancel and try to rebook on the 24th but with the confusion of trying to re-book, ended up canceling that reservation. They took the final payment on the 27th of that month and ever since then it’s been sitting phone calls and transferring me to a different office and giving me the runaround until they finally told me that they have a zero refund policy. I know after 2 1/2 months notice we gave them and the fact they have no availability the times we wanted they were not put out. We have yet to stay at this property and and probably never will now. That lesson cost us $818.20 CND.

Lovely condo with great view. Big comfortable king bed and well stocked kitchen. Really nice washer and dryer in suite too.

Such a great apartment - a good amount of space for 6 people - large kitchen & living space. Very clean & a fantastic location - great view of the lake.

Huge shout out to WAYNE! So helpful and readily available to answer any questions you may have. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone these days even a reply back to an email is non existent these days so have a lot of appreciation for customer service with this company!
