Ce complexe d'appartements est réellement situé à un endroit formidable! Les plages sont juste à côté. Les enfants adorent y passer du bon temps. Les chambres sont bien entretenues et bien isolées. Je recommande.

Day 1, Nothing good to say. Disgusting place. We got a text saying I couldn’t check in until 1pm. Got into our room at 1:25pm to find housekeeping still in the room. After a long 5 hour drive we couldn’t even use the washroom as there was zero toilet paper. She told us to use paper towel and put it in the garbage. We waited another 20 mins until she came back with toiletries. There are ZERO signs and a terrible parking system so good luck finding the proper elevator. The worst part? Our bed was loaded with other peoples HAIRS. ALL SORTS OF HAIRS AND STAINS including BLOOD and bugs!!!!! I took photos and called the front office to find a very RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL employee named DONNA who clearly has no customer service skills or care in the world that we’re paying a good price to sleep in a CLEAN BED.
She argued with me that the sheets were washed so I challenged her to come and see for herself. She couldnt even tell me when the pool closed. This lady is absolutely going to ruin your experience here and clearly doesn’t care. Do not book any nights here. You’ll regret it. End story is we were told housekeeping was gone and that we had to wash everything ourselves. DISCUSTING PLACE!!!!!

Excellent resort in Kelowna, just minutes from the downtown core. We had a three bedroom condo with balcony views of the lake. They have a swimming pool and hot tub and underground parking. The resort is very secure with coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and parks very close by. Would definitely go back.

It was very nice. Lots of wood furnishings and space to move around. Beds were comfy. The place was clean,but lacking in detail cleanliness. There were no Kleenex boxes,couch cushions or throw blankets. Also you can't exit the patio because it can only be locked from the inside. Not much privacy if you're outside on the patio as all the neighbors are within feet of you. They were nice enough to let us check in early and leave late.

DO NOT INVEST HERE! One of the worst purchases of our lives! The Management and strata council has to be one of the worst and most unprofessionally run building, business, community, council and anything else you could attempt to call them. Ever since taking ownership 3 years ago we have been met with nothing but horrific building issues (a/c didn’t work for full first year, heating issues, sound issues, non stop maintenance issues throughout the building and many more), harassment and pure unprofessionalism by the strata, maintenance, council and the presidents. I could go on for paragraphs about how terrible this place is but frankly it’s a beautiful location with extreme potential but with the current council, security, strata, maintenance and all other current staff this place is a doomed wannabe retirement cult swirling the toilet bowl in budget debts…. there are many other owners like myself who’s voices are ignored and swept under the rug.

Booked unit 529 through Kelowna Resort Accommodations. The suite was very clean, spacious and nice furniture. Kelowna Resort Accommodations not great. They overcharged me for the final booking and when it was finally straighten out did not send confirmation of payment or proper Form Ks stating parking was paid. Parking map terrible. Had 2 issues with plumbing and 7 doors that squeaked. First staff member contacted never got back to me. Two days later and second staff receptionist was wonderful. Problems fixed within 4 hours. Unit would have been fine if didn't have to deal with Kelowna Resort Accommodations. Lost 6 days sleep with creaking doors than did not have to happen. N.B. pool is only 3.5 ft deep with no shade umbrellas. Needs improvement.
