I was in the process of setting up my home insurance and then they ghosted me after i signed papers for over a month, ignoring my emails for a followup, then contacts me ONE DAY before title and possession to tell me I've been declined.

They then had the audacity to offer me a policy that cost more than double of what I initially signed up for. Seems to me like their business practice is to screw customers over at the very last minute and then exploit them in their sense of panic.

Best insurance agent in Kelowna. They have handled all of my personal and business insurance for close to 20 years. CGL, vehicle, homeowners, rental, travel, etc... they do it all. For the last 2 days, they have had to deal with a business amalgamation of two of my companies which required the transfer of all company vehicles into the combined company. Although I'm sure they made very little commission, they diligently worked for many hours to take care of me. Although I rarely do these ratings, I think it is warranted in this case. I can't say enough good things about them.

Great service and lots of insurance options. One of our insurance policies we have through Wilson Beck is on our RV. We recently had a cabinet open during travel which has resulted in an insurance claim. Wilson Beck has been very helpful and has made followup calls to me to offer assistance in having the necessary repairs made.
