Never again will I do a trip without a travel agent! Lorrie was such a huge reason we enjoyed our trip so much. She made great recommendations, was super knowledgeable, and very helpful during this crazy time to travel. 10/10!!

Sonja is my go-to for every vacation I book. I love how stress free the whole process is from start to finish! She's got an answer to every question I have and has found some amazing hotels I'd never have discovered on my own, all within budget. Highly highly highly recommend!!

After watching Sonya on Midday on TV, we went ahead to the retail location to book a vacation. The agent on site, Shannon, was pleasant, got our details and told us that she would 'work on something" for us that afternoon. We called back on Friday, narrowing down our request to a cruise, and were reassured that all was well, not to worry. It is now Tuesday, and we have not heard anything back from her. Our discussion with Sonya today was less than helpful, as the agency is 'very busy'. Surely, in the interest of retaining business, even in 'busy' times, you let the client know that you are busy, and they should go elsewhere if you cannot serve them? Will never return. If there was a lower rating than 1 star, they would get it.

I have been using Shannon as my agent since she joined the team 22 years ago, and I always recommend her. She has booked countless vacations for my family and friends, all while being professional, fun and helpful. I know I can go to her and say.... where should I go, would I like it, what should I do and she always has the answer. During Covid, I thought I was going to be stuck in Florida and Shannon worked tirelessly to get me information and get me home before the world went south. Even when I am on vacations, I know I can always reach out if I have any questions, need any info or changes. I honestly won't travel without her!!!! Thank you for always doing your job to the best of your ability.

Nancy just wanted to thank you and VisionTravel for an incredible holiday! It was perfect! The bed arrangements, the Oceanside accommodation, the air transfers, hotels etc were spot on. One of the best travel agencies in Kamloops and probably British Columbia. A branch of Travel Plus and have lived up to their parent company. Would definitely recommend them forward. Roxanna Ferguson was so friendly, understanding and accommodating. She made the booking and the trip a memorable one !

Travelling to Costa Rica during the pandemic was an experience to say the least. Sonja was right there with us to keep us informed of government changes and flight cancellations. When my husband came down ill on the day we left and could not fly with us as expected, one phone call to Sonja later and she had everything settled with WestJet before we even arrived at the airport. Top notch service and I'll be booking with Travelwise for my next trip, guaranteed.

Friendly employees and helpful. The prices were what I was expecting but I found the options to be a bit lacking for what I was looking for. I would still recommend for the average traveller or cruiser though
