I saw Bob two years ago for a stiff back subsequently i left with a pinched nerve and disc problems after he put excessive preasure on my lower back with an asjustment.. ive lost almost three years of my life from his treatnents .. never admitted to amy wrong doing or tried to rectify my issues..
I filed numerous complaints .
Do not get treated here

I've now been going to Dr Bob for 8 years. I think that alone speaks for itself. I have a severe back injury that affects my whole spine, neck and hips. I continue to have an active lifestyle bcuz of our frequent sessions. Very knowledgeable and professional and not afraid to suggest other services, which is rare in this field.

Dr. Bob has helped me with injuries to my lower back and shoulder in the middle of two different tennis tournaments. He takes his time to diagnose the problem and offers targeted treatments that really help the healing process. Dr. Bob also gave me great advice on rest and icing with the remaining matches of each tournament in mind. Very goal oriented. I would recommend Dr. Bob to anyone who wants to get back to his or her sport safely and asap after injury.

Bob Hafizi, founder of Complement Healthcare, has been my chiropractor for over 5 years. He is professional and knowledgeable with a friendly manner. I have a chronic lower back condition and Bob has been resourceful in treating me himself, but also sending me for other medical consults as he sees fit. My family has been treated by Dr Bob Hafizi for many years and we can't say enough positive things about our experience at Complement Healthcare. My daughter suffered from a repetitive ankle strain while playing competitive field hockey. After receiving laser therapy treatment from Dr Bob as well as orthotics, she was able to compete on the pitch again. My son received excellent care for a knee injury and neck issues he sustained after a hard fall ski racing. Dr Bob treated his knee with laser therapy and ART and relieved his tight neck and upper back. He was able to ski again after a few treatments. My son is an avid golfer and also sees Dr Bob to maintain his hip and back mobility so that he can continue to compete at a high level. I have scoliosis and have suffered with chronic back and hip problems. After seeing other chiropractors, I can highly recommend Bob Hafizi. He takes the time to listen and explain his treatment plan. Through his ability to identify and treat my problematic areas, I am able to continue my active life skiing, biking, playing tennis, and strength training. I am always amazed how much better I feel after just one or two treatments!

I had my first appointment with a new Chiropractor today at Compliment Health. The office is in the West Van Rec Center on the 2nd floor. Receptionist Barb was friendly and helpful : ) and Dr. Bob Hafizi is a terrific chiropractor. I was able to explain my problem, and he understood me, then explained the reason for it and how he was going to fix it! And it made perfect sense! I have been receiving chiropractic care for more than 20 years, so I know this is not always the case. The treatment provided involved something called active release technique I believe? He definitely isolated the problem areas right away and I had a great adjustment. Thank you so much Dr. Bob!
