The food was amazing since it was pretty mild, however adding the soy sauce made it taste even better. Would definitely come back if I ever wanted to eat Chinese food. I would give it a bonus for “closing late” since other restaurants are close pretty early in this area. Definitely will come back again and order the “Dinner 4”! 🙂

Not quite sure how this restaurant has the reviews it has. My partner and I became violently ill after eating from here on Saturday. Upon looking into the restaurants inspections on VCH website, I am surprised this place is allowed to be running. No FoodSafe certificates, non compliance in sanitary manner & contamination. Save your gut, don't eat here.

My wife and I ordered from Golden City today for the first time as we were driving through Sechelt to Garden Bay. We ordered chicken balls, lemon chicken, chicken fried rice, honey garlic ribs, and several vegetarian dishes. Everything was very tasty, and we were extremely satisfied with the quality and portion size. We will definitely order again!
