Very friendly staff and good service, nice but casual atmosphere and the food is delicious. Calamari was excellent, and the Vegetarian Moussaka was very delicious and excellently cooked! Recommend the cranberry raspberry salad dressing with it.

The Cocoloso cocktail is very good and different. Great variety on the menu for flavours overall.

Definitely a must try! I went for happy hour and there were quite a few options on the menu. The lime margarita was delicious and you could definitely taste the alcohol! The meatballs were soft and tender. The chicken wings with peanut sauce were my absolute favourite! Perfectly cooked crispy chicken with just the right amount of sauce. I couldn’t stop eating them! You also can’t go wrong with a side of yam fries as well. Overall, lovely experience and would definitely go back before I leave Sechelt!

Had an absolutely fantastic dining experience!

My family and I were greeted by friendly staff as soon as we entered.
The staff were also patient and very knowledgable with their menu; our server made amazing recommendations for my picky kids (they had kids options available!)

-Food was delicious and unique
- kids approved
-Great portion size

This will definitely be our family go to when we are visiting from the city.

We had a wonderful meal at shift today. We shared the butter chicken samosas and had the PB&J burger which might be the best burger we’ve ever had. It was awesome. I had the Taiwanese Beef Soup which was phenomenal. Good food, good service, good prices.

My "elderly" mother added protein to her vegan dish and we were more than happy to pay for that, considering it was the only thing eaten.

To clarify, there was no threat to you our your staff. I would never blame them for your poor quality of food and customer service. That makes no sense - it's all you.

You're right, there should have been mention of there being upgrades to the accessible washroom - especially when this was a key discussion point with you and your staff as someone within our party was in a wheelchair.

Hopefully you can SHIFT your attitude and treat customers with respect and dignity, (and quality food) - Your business would thrive!

Poor quality.

Unpalatable and inaccessible.

The food was unpalatable (vegan chickpea curry, beef tacos, and Greek salad); the chicken wrap was decent as were the margaritas.

Food wasn’t eaten/touched and the “owner”insisted we still pay - arguing it was a flavour issue and not an integrity or quality issue - which it was.

Also requested an accessible table due to one of our patrons being in a wheelchair and the hallway was blocked off, and the accessible washroom blocked over with boxes.

There are many amazing places to eat in Sechelt - this isn’t one of them.

Visited last evening, the quality of the food was poor at best.

We spent 5 days and nights eating at the local establishments.
We were greeted and treated exceptionally well, with Kindness and Respect.

However “Shift” was a complete unsettling experience. We brought the quality of the food to management, we were insulted with ageism, accused of not being kind to staff. Which is False. No accountability, then accused the customer, of irresponsible behaviour. Unbelievable, M.Grace

I wish I could give Shift more than 5 stars. This establishment cannot be beat. Whether it’s fries with my toddler, lunch with my nana, or pitchers of sangria with friends Shift does not disappoint. Their menu has something for everyone & the drinks are above and beyond. I found the owner and staff to be friendly, welcoming, and happy to help accommodate our needs when dining with my small children. I could not love this place more!
