Tier One is a top flight travel agency! My first visit was a few weeks ago to book flights to & from Eastern Africa. Murray G is my agent and I found him to be patient and thorough as well as a great source of expert advice. His follow up care has been excellent and I have no doubt that my next flight or holiday will be based his assistance.

i don’t make reviews, but my best friend called with a few questions about our trip coming up, and the lady that ‘helped’ her made her cry. she was so condescending and rude. told her to google her questions, instead of “wasting her time”. we both work in customer service and have had our share of bad days, but we would never treat a customer like this. Neither of us will be using this company ever again.

I was in a tough situation and had a bad phone experience. I was so hopeful when somebody picked up the phone but the lady was kind of mean and didn't want my business because I was calling from another country trying to get home to Victoria. Maybe I don't understand how travel agents work but I know how manners work.
