We contacted Deddy last November for an appointment to help us plan an expansive family holiday through Europe in the spring. When we met a few days later, Deddy asked us where we were from and why we couldn't find a travel agent closer to where we lived. We told him we went to him because he was highly recommended. During our entire conversation Deddy seemed disengaged and repeatedly complained about the downfall of the tourism industry. Regardless, he took all of our information and told us he'd be in touch soon. We never heard from him again.
