Worst place to buy insurance on Salt Spring. I never felt happy or that the service was anything above the bare minimum. My wife has done business with your company. This is our collective experience. On top of the fact that this is the most expensive insurance office on Salt Spring for anything other than car insurance. Just trying to get a quote for business insurance I was never called back in a month and when I followed up the quote I got was way above anyone else. This also applied to my house insurance which I went with an off island source because of this. High rates and frustrating to deal with. That is up to you guys to think about and fix. I wish that this wasn't my experience.
