Brandon Scott was our mortgage broker for our first home buying experience and he made it a very positive experience for us! I had used Brandon for my mortgage over 10 years ago now and he was very helpful then. So, recently I put an offer on a home with a 3 week possession date which didn’t give us a lot of time to work with. So, naturally I call Brandon and ask for his assistance. Once again, Brandon was more than happy to help. I also called my bank at the same time to get things going in parallel. But as suspected, Brandon was significantly easier to deal with as he was much more responsive and willing to help with anything and everything. Brandon was also able to find a much better rate than the bank that I have been dealing with for 38 years was able to get me.
