My sister needed roadside assistance with her tire, pregnant, stuck on the side of the highway with cars flying in at high speed. The BCAA assistant drives right past her and doesn't bother to come back leaving both her fiance and herself on the road. Ended up having to drive and save them instead. WHAT THE HECK!

Not particular to this location, just your services in general. Can't get the help that I need in a timely fashion. Unless you pay for every little possible outcome, the chances of being helped by this association in a timely manner is just abysmal. Wait 24 hrs to go more than 5km. Wait 48 if it involves a trailer. Being stuck on the side of the highway is bad enough, being told by a company that's supposed to be there to help you in such circumstances that you need to wait a lengthy amount of time is just ridiculous.
It would be really appreciated if you actually just provided the roadside assistance that you claim to offer without the over the top difficulties. If a plan needs to be adjusted in order to help out, fine, that's understandable. But telling someone "you have to wait 48 hours for benefits to kick in" is just plain rubbish.

Tried to get out BC plates and insurance this morning, walked in to this location which was empty and they couldn’t see us because we didn’t have an appointment. We went to another insurance place in the parking lot and received help immediately. Don’t recommend this place at all
