Spouse & I went to Kelowna Valley Insurance on Cooper Road to renew our vehicle insurance. Only waited about 5 minutes before being served. Patrick assisted us. Found him to be very personable & he sure knew his stuff. Saved us over $150 from our original estimate. Will certainly go back for renewal next year. His staff also assisted us previously as we walked in to ask about our coverage for an upcoming trip. They didn't know us from Adam but were extremely helpful & found the information we needed quickly. Highly recommend this location.
