Ed took his valuable time to talk to me about my options regarding the process of juggling a tight timeline for closing the selling of my house and the purchase of our forever home. Shortly into our conversation it became apparent that likely they wouldn't be getting my business due to the short line to have the conditions removed. My husband and I just had an amazing experience with BC Direct Mortgages. Shannon and Chris were so welcoming, answering all of our questions and concerns, without making us feel stupid or rushed. Our emails were promptly replied to and we felt at ease during the entire process.

Ed was able to calculate the numbers quickly to find out the best mortgage product for us based on our needs and goals. He and his team were incredibly professional, while still making us feel like we were part of the family.
