My mother recently had a problem with her second hand wheelchair and we weren't sure that it could be fixed, but the crew at PG Surg-Med really came through for us! I feel that they went above and beyond to help me and my mom. I am beyond grateful to Danielle and Reece and Ty for all of their patience and hard work! You guys are awesome!

I have been a customer of PG Surg Med for the last 12 years. I have an ileostomy and my 2 girls @ the store have been Sarah and Julie.
These 2 young women have been so phenomenal at helping out with my ostomy products.
I have had a lot of problems over the years with getting a good fit for my pouch and they have always been very helpful.
I have also recommended others to ask for them when they medical products as they are very knowledgeable and so friendly.
The 2 of them have made my journey with my medical problems a lot easier to cope with.
I truly appreciate Sarah and Julie and I always deal with them when I need to order product.
I refer to them as my angels to family and friends. Living with my health issues is easier knowing that my girls are there to help all my product needs.

She’s one of the three girls at the desk and when speaking to her she was very helpful and made sure to answer any and all questions I had! I’ll definitely go back just cause of her ! ?

I have produced my ostomy supplies from PG Surg-Med for the last 8 years. I usually deal with Sara, who is so wonderful, but I must say all the staff is so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly to me.

I have always shopped here! Last winter, I hurt my knee really bad and I was able to get a cane asap. They taught me how to use it properly as well. The cane even had cats on it, which I loved! I buy all my supplies here for my skin care business as well!

At 1st I was happy with there service. We called an they got us approved to get are items covered... a couple months later there walker ceased up. An they charged us $100.00 to fix it! I think it should of been under warranty. Go to medi chair!
