They offer auto travel home condo boat life commercial and event insurance options. Offering private auto options for those who want to switch from icbc. They're brokers so they can quote and sell policies from many companies to get you the best coverage at the best price. If you just moved to town they can bring your current policy over to the office as well.

I had a difficult time registering my Collector vehicle here, as it seemed no staff understood the ICBC Collector Vehicle program at all. I got some regular pleasure insurance for a few months to get it ready for the collector application and when I was approved and wanted to switch over my plates, they told me I'd have to wait until my current plan was up and that I couldn't cancel it, which is false. I phoned ICBC to confirm and they told me I my local Autoplan could cancel it for me, yet this place refused for some reason. When it came time to get the collectors plates, I had to explain over and over again that I would qualify for the discount as I already had a normally insured vehicle but they kept trying to charge me well over $1000 for the year when I should only be paying 200-300 max. They told me adamantly that I didn't qualify, then after nearly half an hour of explaining in great detail and them checking over and over again and still not understanding, phoning ICBC three times, and other employees also seemed totally stumped, they eventually figured it out. But what should have been a 15 minute appointment turned into two visits and nearly two hours of my time. It's like no one at this place had any idea what Collectors plates were, I had to explain the program to them.

Over the years I'm not very impressed with this place at all. Noticeably lacking in professionalism compared to other insurance brokers such as BCAA.

I had a tricky condo policy that was time sensitive. Mark was just amazing to work with, he went above and beyond to find me the best deal within my tight time parameters. About a week later, a cheque arrived in the mail with a rebate after he managed to get me a better deal! Highly recommend! I now take all my insurance there!
