I had a good experience today in the clinic. Everything ran smoothly with my appointment I received over the phone. The receptionist was welcoming. Dr. Ervine was very kind, enthusiastic and very thorough at explaining not only my prescription but also other steps I can take for my future health. I appreciate the Dr. I saw today and how much he cared about me his new patient. Thank you for having this clinic. You all helped me feel better today!

This care centre is a fabulous public service. I've been there twice and was treated within two hours both times. First I called reception to check on the wait, was told to come in for assessment, and then provided a time to return for treatment. The staff were friendly, efficient, professional and caring. Both physicians who treated me were skilled and personable. I'm so grateful and my compliments are from the heart.

I had appointment for my daughter and got there in time. everyone was talking on the phone and didn't pay any attention on the line up people. Then finally I was called by the receptionist and was welcomed was very cold. I think receptionist was not experienced enough to know how should she behave with clients. I give her 0 in terms of ethical behavior and she had nothing except arrogance..

As a local resident I am so grateful for the Urgent Care Centre. I have been to the clinic twice since it opened. I have been so impressed with the efficiency, professionalism and kindness of the team. Sometimes you can’t wait a week to get in to your own doctor and personally I don’t want to wait for hours in the Emergency Room nor take up the important resources of that team. I like the process of being triaged by the nurse practitioner and then given a time to be seen - the patient can decide whether to wait or leave and return for their appointment. Keep up the great work!

Two days ago I cut my hand, which needed stitches. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately by reception and had a short wait before being attended to by the kind nurses. Then had about an hour wait for the doctor… who was wonderful! I’m so appreciative of the excellent care I received from all of the staff at this facility. Thanks again!

I just wanted to share my excellent experience with this centre today. I called to make an appointment for my mom and was told that a nurse might call me within a few hours if they had enough time today otherwise I should try tomorrow. The nurse called within half an hour and booked an appointment for the next 40 minutes considering my mom’s condition. When we went there, we were admitted on time and a nurse checked my mom’s vital right away.
Then I met one of the best doctors that I have ever met in my life. Dr.Kevin Merth did a VERY thorough exam on my mom and prescribed some medication. The time and attention were phenomenal. I’m grateful for the excellent service that I got today! THANK YOU!

Well, I think we should be fair when evaluating a care center. I had a fever for more than a week, and it got worse on Sunday. My wife took me here. The first impression was that it was very clean. Once we checked in, it took about 50 minutes for a nurse to visit us for extra questions and a check-up. Then we were booked for an appointment around an hour and a half later, so we could leave the center and come back. Once we returned, after 10 minutes, we were let in and checked by the doctor. The doctor was also very caring and friendly. I think the waiting times were very reasonable, given that there were many others in similar or worse conditions, especially on Sunday, and the quality of care was amazing.

Had a great experience for myself and my mother on two separate occasions. Considering the 6+ hour wait times at Eagle Ridge, this place is a life saver.

The key is to call the clinic first so a nurse can triage you and will book an appointment for you if you need to see a Dr. I was able to get myself checked out very quickly after talking to the nurse. Special shout out to Dr Merth. Thank you team for all your hard work in taking care of patients and your hard work is seen!
