I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the lovely lady at reception, Wickie. She is always helpful and kind, and I am truly grateful for her support. Additionally, I want to express my deep gratitude to Dr. Antonios Mina for his exceptional kindness and patience. He is an amazing doctor and a wonderful person. I am very fortunate to have him as my doctor.
I wanted to give them a 5-star review, but due to the rude behavior of Dr. Ihab Ibrahim, I decided against it.

Extremely rude receptionist. I don't think I can forget her attitude. And when I checked their earliest available appointment, it was tooooo late for me. I ended up going to another walk in clinic and saw their doctor within 15 minutes without appointment.

They’re great. Hard to find a place that will make drop-in appointments. Always on time and my kid loved the doctor and the nurse even though she had to get a painful procedure. My only complaint is they’re not taking on regular “family doctor” patients!

I first read the reviews and thought it couldn't be that bad. I was wrong, Its worse.
At first the receptionist spoke to me like I was some sort of inconvenionce to her life. After figuring out I could see a doctor I was in the waiting area and 2 other ladies came in to talk to her and she spoke even worse to them.
I then got to see someone who calls himself a "doctor".
Lucky I am healthy and rarly go to the doctor so when I do its for a genuine reason and I am looking for help.
I explained my issue and was immediately told WITHOUT ANY EXAM that there was nothing wrong with me and i could go.
I had to stress that my issue was getting worse and needed a referlal to a specialest. He said he could but no point because it would take over a year to see one.
Also asked about anxiety issues for upcoming long travel and explained I cant sleep with long distance travel and usually end up sick from lack of rest. He then prescribed "a glass of wine and just relax". I went on my work trip and got very run down and sick.
These people are paid to do a job and provide a public service and going by my experiance and all the reviews its obvious that they are not doing it correctly.

My visit to the clinic this evening left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I encountered a receptionist who was not only rude but also dismissive. Her lack of basic customer service skills was evident, and it significantly detracted from the overall experience. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior, especially in a front-facing position where empathy and professionalism are crucial. I hope the clinic addresses this issue promptly to ensure a more positive experience for future patients.

Receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. Called to book an appointment because I couldn’t book one online. She was very dismissive the entire phone call, told me she couldn’t help me, and then hung up on me. The lack of basic customer service is hilariously unprofessional.

UPDATE: After not hearing a thing from them for hours, we made other arrangements and did a call with another doctor. 5 hours later, a doctor from the clinic called and left a message. They better not try and bill us for a missed appointment as calling 5 hours after scheduled time is not acceptable. They could have had the reception call and let her know they were well behind schedule when they missed the original appointment time, but to leave her in the dark and then call 5 hours later is unacceptable. Too bad we can't charge them for missed appointment.

My daughter booked a phone appointment for 2:30pm on Friday. They sent her a reminder the day before. 2:30 comes and no phone call. No big deal as they are sometimes late. 3:30 and still no call. Call the clinic and find out that they close at 3:00 on Fridays. So, because they were late with the calls, they just close up and go home at 3:00 even though they still had appointments booked. No call to reschedule or anything. Worse service ever.

I’m not typically one to review but the clinics standing reviews cannot be accurate. Simply, they must be grossly exaggerated. I had a great experience!

I called in yesterday after being turned around at 4 different “walk in” clinics in the Burquitlam area. I spoke with a lovely lady who informed me that the clinic is only partially walk-in, with an appointment or if an opening might exist the day you visit. Luckily for me, two openings were available for the following day (today).

I was warmly greeted by Vicky and had a quick chat as she entered my information into their system. Immediately after, I was set up in the examination room where I met Dr. Ibrahim. He was thorough and direct, pleasant. He’s got a job to do and he does it.

Nothing bad to say. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Doctors aren’t there to chit chat and make friends. Be lucky you can get in to see one.
