Company speaks highly about putting in the work and reaping the rewards later. However this is all for show and not actually the case. I tried to get my son into the company to start him off well on a path of success in life. Not that I need the recruits as I’ve got half of the nearby nursing homes under my guidance. Elderly people really just want a friend or someone to talk to is all. They will gladly pay the Onboarding fee and watch the sales seminars for some free tea and a warm hug. When I brought my son in to the office I was immediately told 11 wasn’t old enough to drop out of school and become a full time insurance salesman. So we will be leaving WFG and joining Primerica an actually reputable pyramid scheme. Buncha Losers !

The environment and culture of this team is like no other! I have never felt more welcomed and learned this much in such a short amount of time.
