Staff are always making mistakes and acting in an unpleasant manner towards their customers. Each employee seems to have a different understanding of their policies and procedures. The lady named Donna has a really bad attitude she takes out passive aggressively on her customers.

Wow, tell me you hate your life without telling me you hate your life. Never had such a bizarro passive aggressive experience renewing car insurance in my life. Feel sorry for her family—if they don't already have a restraining order against her.

Asian woman is rude I bought a new truck the insurance lady at the dealer said I could call Sussex and transfer the Stratford insurance from one truck to the other over the phone . When I called she very rudely said I have to fax the info or come in there. When I did go to the one in the superstore she was very rude
When I got home I told my wife she said that rude asian woman before I even mentioned her. My wife was treated badly by her also . How does she still have a job.

Wow this place has gone down hill!
Too bad no option for no stars
They tried to give me a quote without the make and size of vehicle or what will be the intended use, etc..basically I was told I would get a more accurate quote once I buy the vehicle...lazy and rude when I left and a waste of time! Maybe time to clean house and find staff willing to work.

I’ve had a bad experience here in the past but I went today and Christine was amazing! So sweet and super helpful! Clearly customer service has improved or they finally hire good people.

12/01/2020 - I came in 15 minutes before closing because my work schedule only allowed me to make it at that time. I apologized for being a last minute customer multiple times to the lady working tonight, as I also work in customer service, and understand the frustration. However, the lady helping me did not give a care each time I apologized and would give me a death stare whenever I mentioned how I felt bad or sorry for the inconvenience. I understand it is unpleasant to have a last minute walk-in but she did not have to be as rude as she was. I would go to any other insurance place before returning here ever again. I hope the employee can be reminded of what proper customer service is, as it makes this business look bad. Would give negative stars if possiblefor the experience I had.

*UPDATE 02/01/2021* Turns out the lady that did my insurance that night did not even transfer my vehicle over correctly and I was pulled over by 2 cops tonight. You think they would hire competant people for a crucial job. This was a very frustrating situation. If management is reading this, I would most definitely like to be contacted.
