This Resort has an excellent location, right across from beach. The reno's are nicely done, rooms are clean. The staff was very accommodating for all of our needs and super friendly. A bit pricey, but hey free beach towels for your day use. The new tub is a bit slippery, could use a tub mat for safety. This was my first stay in Penticton so cannot compare to other accommodations but friends say this was by far the best place to stay on Lakeshore Drive. Would stay there again.

We recently were charged $640/ night for a 2 bedroom suite that had very little living space. The bathroom was also tiny. We don't feel that we got very good value for the price.|The room was clean and some recent reno's has been done. However, due to the motels age, it looks like alot more work will still need to be done.

While the basics in the room were adequate, I would recommend you instal a bar in the bathroom for guests to use when getting in and out of a very deep tub. I would also recommend your cleaners pay attention to the very low and very high cleaning more regularly. The amount of sand/dirt and dust that had built up on the baseboards, behind doors and on the bathroom fan was somewhat unsettling. Your response time to not being able to access the ice machine was acceptable but, something as simple as a lock replacement should have been taken care of quickly. Instead we were asked to get ice from the neighbouring property for the 3 nights that we were there. Great location, excellent food at Sociale, attention to detail needed in the rooms.

The place is overpriced, like other options in the area. The interior feels cheap and worn out, with synthetic sheets and an old, noisy AC. There’s no cleaning service, making stays longer than two days unbearable. The parking is poorly managed, allowing random cars to park, which led to my vehicle being damaged by an unknown car. It seems they’re either running a side hustle with the parking or not monitoring it properly.

The administration, however, is responsive and friendly.

Love staying here everytime!! The rooms are really nice since the renovation and you can't beat the location. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The little tapas restaurant attached to the resort is fantastic as well, Sociale. Great food and cocktails with one of the best patios in town.

Really nice freshly renovated rooms, nice patio for each and a cozy BBQ area. Very thin walls, so you can hear your neighbours all the time. Next to the water, great spot.

We had an excellent stay at Kvbc. The rooms are lovely , large and well decorated . The outdoor area is really condusive to socializing if desired and easy access to the beach . We had a great night sleep and the owners were very helpful with our last minute changes in plans. Great for cyclists too.

We stayed in the large room that sleeps 8 and enjoyed our stay immensely. The view is second to none; the beds are great; prime location ….. what more can I say? My sister complained that there are no mirrors on the walls( other than the loo!) …. Otherwise I can’t think of one complaint!
