From start to finish Bernadette was amazing! Original destination me and the hubby wanted was Jamaica but we would have lost 2 days in travel but Bernadette came up with a direct flight to Puerto Vallarta as an alternate and well within budget. It was amazing! She talked me through everything, gave me tips and tricks to navigate once we got there. I really felt like we had support when we needed it. Already planning our next trip and we will definitely be using her services again. Thanks!

Just a few comments highlighting our FANTASTIC cruise to Alaska guided by Bernadette Parrott, owner/ operator of Wishbook Vacations. First and foremost I need to disclose some facts that perhaps some readers may be well aware of. My wife Wendy and I are friends with the Parrott’s enjoy quality time in a couple of areas in our daily lives and are seen enjoying tasty bites occasionally. Now back to the Celebrity Solstice Cruise.
I’m choosing to share a very positive review of our entire cruise on my own accord because it was exactly that and Bernadette deserves a huge star of excellence. Bernadette spent a couple of hours plus sharing different cruise line options, best deals for our budget and the various ports that could be very exciting . At no point did we ever feel pressured to sign anything until we were totally satisfied . Bernadette’s professionalism is remarkable and we would most certainly entertain her vast experience in our future travels.
Folks this cruise was hands down one of the best seven day holiday Wendy and I have ever had the pleasure to experience. The staff treated us like King and Queen every step of the way. Celebrity Cruise Lines are certainly not listed as one by of the top 3 cruise lines by mistake, they are the real deal. Thank you Wishbook Vacations!

My husband and I have just returned from a rather interesting trip to the Mediterranean. We flew to Rome from Vancouver and from there, we planned on joining a ten-day cruise. Bernadette provide a fantastic itinerary -- very detailed and comprehensive with regard to flight details and places we were about to visit. However, before we even got started on our cruise ship vacation, my handbag was stolen. It had my phone, my wallet, drivers license, passport, credit card and other necessary paperwork. We were devastated! Our hotel was only booked for the time we thought we would be in Rome, but without my passport, we were going nowhere. Feeling quite numb, I emailed Bernadette -- with my husband's phone. She immediately took charge, offering support, guidance and good advice. She found us a hotel for three nights, even though Rome was bustling and not many rooms to be had. She guided us through the necessary steps in getting a temporary passport. She talked with the cruise line and explained our situation and that we were hoping to still join in on the cruise. When I finally did get my temporary passport, she immediately booked flights for us from Rome to Athens and provided the details we need to get hooked back up on our cruise. Throughout this ordeal, Bernadette worked very supportively and efficiently to get us through what had become a virtual nightmare. Without a travel agent, we would have been lost.
This experience was a true testament to the value of having a good travel agent. Bernadette worked overtime to make sure our trip was not a complete shambles and one that would still have many fond memories of. Thankyou, Bernadette!

Bernadette worked hard to get us everything we wanted and needed for our multi city trip to Europe. She was welcoming and thoughtful in her planning even thinking of some things we had not considered. We find her to have personal knowledge of many of the cities and their facilities. Bernadette was genuinely disappointed for us when the need came to cancel due to Covid-19 Pandemic and she worked just as diligently to secure refunds and help with insurance claims, even though some it it took quite some time, she never gave up. We were very happy with the outcome and felt well taken care of.
We will not hesitate to use Bernadette again to plan and book our next trip as soon as we feel safe to do so. We feel confident in recommending her business.

Bernadette was extremely helpful when it came to making arrangements for an international school reunion trip in Western Canada. She had many good suggestions for things to do and places to go and took care of most of the bookings (and later, cancellations!) for us. She reached out to our participants and made it easy for them to pay, regardless of the country they were coming from. Where we made our own bookings, she advised us. She demonstrated flexibility and a willingness to be of assistance wherever possible. Her attitude was always professional, ethical and responsible.

Thank you Bernadette for taking the stress out of planning my trip to Panama. Before I asked you to take over, I was pulling my hair out trying to research an itinerary that didn't involve lengthy layovers between connecting flights - it seemed impossible! But in no time at all you had magically produced three very decent options for me to choose from, and then just as quickly secured my chosen itinerary and organized the travel and medical insurance which I needed too. All I have to do now is look forward to my trip with peace of mind knowing that all the details have been taken care of! Thanks again Bernadette, I will be back ?
