First visit yesterday, after my local pharmacy failed repeatedly (in so many ways). I am SO impressed with Carmi Remedy's RX service! Professional, thoroughly informative, kind and courteous. Transferring all my business there immediately and so is my partner. Definitely worth doubling our travel time to do business with pharmacists who make us feel safe and cared for.

Gave this pharmacy a try for over a year as I thought this would be a good option for my mom because they are close to her and they deliver. I am appalled at how Dave treated us. Mom had an account which turned out to be a mess. She got charged for prescriptions from 10 months previous that they said were never paid, then she was billed for two months and then not billed again........her card never changed, her prescriptions didn't change...but it was our fault. I am not looking to place blame but there does come a time when you realize that your company made mistakes and you take responsibility. My mom is a lovely older lady who is vision impaired but she is not stupid. I took offence to how Dave talked over my mom, never letting her finish what she was saying. We ended up having to go there three times to get things sorted and each time we were treated as though we were a HUGE inconvenience.

David and staff and support specialist. They off us comfort and meds In out more dire times. I always i the past havre them have hem excercise the rights as doctors to see more clients over phone calls more and more.
I always beliived supporting hard working local businesses changing to delivering these critical items to our aging population and at risk groups at NO EXTRA CHARGE.

Love this little pharmacy- such great service for a Penticton Pharmacy!
It's hard to find a good compounding pharmacy - I especially like the sleep tablets they make in-house. Sometimes I visit their Kelowna store in the Orchard Plaza.
