Melissa helped us through every step of planning our beautiful experience in Cuba. We are both very happy that we had her help especially in these times of weary travel. They set us up with everything that you had requested. This allowed us to relax and enjoy our trip with ease. They even set up an incredible Christmas dinner on the beach. It was magical. If I could give 0 starts I would. I came in on a Friday to inquire about booking a trip. Samantha was the person I dealt with. From the moment I came in she seemed very unpleasant towards me. I felt rushed by her and she didn’t even offer me to have a seat. She took down my information said she doesn’t deal with booking trips and that she’ll have another agent email me by Monday. I never received an email . So I called back and she replied with saying “yeah I told you it takes time” again I felt disappointed with her customer service. I had a friend call and she was emailed the same day yet here I was waiting 3 business days for a response .I have taken my business elsewhere. In which they helped me the same day and I was able to book my trip.

This is my very first time booking through a travel agent as I thought after COVID it be a good idea. Agency days online they open till 5 pm so I go to agency to grab my medical insurance for the lady behind the desk to be like I'm leaving early today so I can't help you. I'm like what your open till 5 and I travel tomorrow. She could care a less said go to royal bank they help you . Excuse me why the hell would I go to royal bank for my medical insurance. This will be the last time I ever use this service and I will tell everyone the same thing . Oh and my first travel agent left the agency right after she booked my trip . Just bad vibes at moment

You should update your hours because you lost several customers today who were all trying the door when it says you're open. Myself and another family were disappointed to find you closed and then called only to hear the voicemail that you're closed, despite all hours online saying you're open. I happily went down the road and booked my honeymoon.

I requested information for booking multiple families to go to Cuba. They said they would have the information by end of day or next day at the latest..
they didn’t. I communicated with others that they would have options by Wednesday- so they were also disappointed that we couldn’t finalize our vacation.
I also didn’t get an email saying they needed more time or anything. Totally unprofessional.
Found another location and booked our trips!!

Mellisa is an excellent travel agent and will answer all your questions ? Now that Melissa is no longer there there I recommend Anna she was extreme helpfull in getting our cruise booked.
