It's hard to put into words that feeling of our first time vacationing in Mexico! The scenery, the accommodation, the fabulous food and drinks, and the warm people we met there. What can I say about Wood Travel other than.....WOW.
I sent out emails to multiple travel agents inquiring to book a trip to Mexico for a group of 8. Sandra was not only prompt in her reply, she was genuine and stood out above the rest in her response.

However, Wood Travel (Sandra) really shined bright when Air Canada decided to change the plans 6 months after booking. She was quick to reach out to everyone and laid out all our options and helped walk us through every aspect of the changes.

Sandra was a delight to work with and was always willing to answer any questions that our group had and made things easy for us.

I will 100% us Wood Travel again for any trip I take, and would recommend her to anyone looking to travel.

Sandra was super! She provided lots of information on our options prebooking. Once we booked she again had loads of info to make our trip seamless. One thing a travel consultant has no control over is the weather. Storm Boris caused major flooding in Central Europe causing distruptions to our cruise itinerary. It was reassuring to know that Sandra was available if we needed her. I reached out to let her know of the weather event and that Amawaterways was making the very best of a bad situation. It was a wonderful vacation despite the circumstances. When we arrived home we were welcomed back with a lovely email from Sandra and a nice surprise from Amawaterways!
