Have been dealing with this company for over 5 years for WETT Inspection and liability insurance. No problems for the last years. This year, I get notified that they need me to fill out a bunch of forms. Was most stressful, as I did not know the information they are requesting. I called them after wrestling with the paperwork for a couple of hours. As it turns out, they only needed me to fill out a few pages and I did not need to complete the others. SO WHY SEND THE OTHERS?! THEN........With only a month or two to go until my policy is up for renewal, they tell me that they have to shop around for the addition million dollar WETT inspection liability coverage. They knew my insurance needs and left it until the last minute to start shopping for the additional million. They come back to me with "We can give you 2 million coverage, but you need to pay extra for the additional million." I was paying $3000 per year for 3 million coverage for years. Now, they want to give me 2 million coverage for the same price. Seems like a cash grab to me. At any rate.....regardless if I have to pay extra with another company, so be it. THEY DROPPED THE BALL. Most unprofessional. I will also be submitting a complaint to WETT.CA, the organization that certifies me. WETT promotes this company. WHY I do not know.
