Pat was my parents accountant for years. Upon their deaths, the estate enlisted her to bring outstanding tax filings up to date and apply for the CRA clearance. Without warning, Pat decided to stop responding to emails, phone calls or provide confirmation that she had submitted the application. Despite many inquiries. Though I was told it can take CRA a very long time, I repeatedly asked Pat for an update (no response). I called CRA directly and found out she did not file the applications, and did not let me know. Pat was typically slow to respond (she's very busy) but to leave a client hanging with absolutely no word or follow-up is as unprofessional as it gets. She may have had a good relationship with my parents but she did not respect their estate dealings. It's a small community so I'm sure she has her loyal clientele, and my parents were in that circle, but in the end she did them a disservice and did not complete her tasks.

Absolute Crooks!! We were absolutely disgusted with this company and their business. Our corporation along with many others in our town have been grossly over charged by this company, in the thousands!!! And thats before doing any taxes or anything..And when asked to explain charges they refused! One of our employees was charged 4000 dollars to file her taxes including the gst which they forgot to file! Please don't let them criminalize you like they have so many of us... Absolutely terrible business ethics, morals, and all out just bad people in my opinion....
