This place does not allow dogs, because they think they are on the same par a Walmart ! The clerk I just talked to was rude about it and said if Walmart doesn't allow them we do not allow them! Wow, there 6 stores who welcome dogs within a 10 block area who do. So I will not go back to this place! Rude an not accepting, No dogs .Yes I know I could go to another store but this one is closer, but not by much. So I will never go back to this store again . Guess your rate does not mean much to your business!

Amazing customer service, the owner Kelly knows his stuff!!! Probably the most kindest person you’ll meet. Great selection, great beer and wine. Great prices as well. Locally owned and operated since 2008. GO SUPPORT LOCAL!!!!!!!!

I just want everyone to know my experience with this store .So we came and purchased stuff for wedding and we asked before purchase can we return leftovers and the guy said yes only unopened stuff and when we came to return some leftovers he just said NO we dont do returns and even asked who told you that and i said YOU .That is so unprofessional and ripoffs
Please go to Royal imperial liquor or cosco and you will be served as custumer
I dont know why he would say yes you can and now you cant but i will make sure that no one i know spend money in that store .

Parked in their lot with the intention of quickly picking up my prescription and then purchase a few things at their liquor store….the man charged out and rudely started yelling at me that I can’t park….instead of choosing to listen (I calmly explained my pharmacy is closing in 10 mins but I will be back to buy some wine at their store) he chose to not listen to me and rudely talk over me and yell….not great business strategy. I told him again I was going to buy something but since he was rude to me and yelling at me I will go somewhere else. Maybe take some time to listen and be a decent person before yelling at customers. So annoying.

I make and sell ice. Today, Ernie the owner of the ice company I work at and myself were out trying to find a home for an ice merchandiser we have in the shop. We stopped at WildRose Liquor in the West End. My first impression walking in was here are owners that care. The shelves were full, wasn’t dust on the bottles, and the layout of the store was really well done. I can’t drink Scotch and Whiskey anymore due to health issues but man I felt myself drawn to that section. Wonderful golden fire water aged in oak was calling to me... iceman, iceman come buy a bottle of something magical!

Lucky for us the owner, Kelly was there to chat. I am no good at sales. I am an introvert better suited to run an ice factory than make conversation. It was really nice that Kelly made some time to chat about what we do as an ice company, was patient when I fumbled with words and actively listened.

While I was there I got to observe Kelly interact with customers. He was friendly, engaging and treated them with the same respect he treated me... that matters!

Even if WildRose never switches to my ice I will be a fan because of how Kelly treated me and the fact the whiskey here speaks to me.

Next time your in the area, stop by WildRose. Good selection, better people.

Terrible cashiers. I gave the guy 15 dollars in change and he miscounted and overcharged me. Do not visit.

It's a small cornerstore retailer with a small hard to access parking area. Selection is limited but prices are reasonable.
