If you're traveling through or live in the Rimbey area definitely visit this place! It's sorta located out of the way but 100% worth finding.
I definitely always stop there when passing through.

I must have come at the end of a busy day even though it was only mid afternoon. There was very little to purchase but the person who served me told me that their signs are always being stolen so I wanted to support them. I bought the chocolate chip cookies and cinnamon buns. They were both a bit dry and the cinnamon buns had no icing which added to the dryness. Based on the other reviews I would try the place and get some fritters.

We three were enroute south and when we hit Rimbey searched the web for "bakery". Up popped "Wild Rose". We stopped and bought 3 apple fritters. Great staff, great welcome and the best and biggest apple fritters we've ever had in all our travels. Recommended AAA+++. (Edit Jul. 15/24. Had a chance to message the bakery after my review and found their commitment to customer feedback and good service is exemplary!)

Five stars isn’t enough! This bakery is hands down one of my favorite places—I’m here at least twice a week! The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, and you can really feel the love they put into everything they bake. Their apple fritters are out of this world—I’m completely obsessed! Everything I’ve tried has been fresh, delicious, and made with care. If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out!

The best bakery around. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the products are always outstanding. The buns, pizza and doughnuts are definitely our favorites. Highly recommend checking out this locally owned bakery. You will not be disappointed.

WOW AMAZING! My first visit that will now be a regular stop for me. The service is impeccable and the baked goods are INSANE! They also offered for us to try their new pumpkin cookies... I don't think I have ever liked anything pumpkin in my life but half way on our drive home I was begging my other half to turn around so we could go get some more pumpkin cookies. My other half got a pretzel and he promised to save me some but he couldn't help himself and ate the whole thing before we got home.
Incredible this will be our go to bakery forever now! I am so excited to try their pizza too!

Got pretzel, lemon coconut cookies, sourdough garlic sticks, cinnamon buns and the insane pumpkin cookies. Everything was FANTASTIC!

Got there at 11:06am when they open at 11. While standing in line I heard the people in front asking for things that were sold out, they were told “we let people come in before we open sometimes”.

Hidden gem of a bakery. Great bread and friendly staff. My kid loves the cheese bread sticks and I love the apple fritters, their pretzels are a must to try too
